All incoming materials, processing, production and inspection procedures are strictly implemented in accordance with the ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
All our facilities and processes are ISO9001, BSCI and SQP certified.
All of our products are designed to comply with international standards such as CE, UL, FCC, PSE, KC, RoHS, UN38.3... We can also modify existing products to meet these standards upon request.
All incoming materials are RoHS and REACH compliant and pass the IQC process. We use all the best materials to produce chargers. Under the ISO9001 management system, we strictly select suppliers, regularly evaluate suppliers, and timely replace unqualified suppliers.
We implement strict quality control standards in SMT, welding, assembly and testing. All processes are documented, searchable and traceable. With highly automated and high-precision production and inspection equipment, we have better consistency, good welding quality, robust construction and reliable performance.
We have well-established evaluation and accountability mechanisms. Our production department has a meeting every evening to summarize the quality anomalies in the production of the day and solve them on site to avoid recurrence in the future work.
We constantly evaluate and manage our products to further improve their performance, minimize failure rates and maintain a consistently high level of product quality. If there is a product failure in the hands of the customer, we actively respond, compensate for the loss and improve before the next generation.
Our chargers can meet ISO, CE, GS, PSE, UL and other certification standards according to the different needs of customers. We work with UL, TUV, Intertek, SGS and other accredited laboratories to certify and improve our products.
We test all PCbas and chargers with AOI test machines, ICT equipment, intelligent aging vehicles, ATE automated test systems and more.
We install the finished product on the original equipment for a trial run to test its compatibility. Every product must pass burn-in testing and OQC inspection. Products can only be delivered after passing all inspections.
If these are not enough to give you confidence in the quality of our products, please remember that we provide a one-year warranty, and free replacement or repair will be provided for defects caused by non-human reasons within one year. Our technical support is lifetime!
